Purchase and use terms

Clear terms for a practical manager program.

These terms explain what the Individual Manager purchase includes, how refunds work, and where responsibility for data and professional decisions remains.

1

Program and access

The ClearPath Manager Program is a one-time educational purchase for one named manager. It includes six video lessons with English captions, the Personal Meeting Runner, downloadable materials, and a completion certificate. It does not include a shared dealership platform, employee accounts, a central cloud archive, a GM dashboard, or cross-department monitoring.

2

One-manager license

The purchaser may use the course and tools for their own professional development and meetings. Course videos, PDFs, account access, and source materials may not be resold, publicly posted, shared as a dealership-wide license, or used to create a competing product. Printed meeting outputs may be shared internally as part of the purchaser’s normal work.

3

Price, payment, and delivery

The Individual Manager plan is $169.00 USD as a one-time purchase. Checkout and account delivery are provided through Payhip, with card payments processed through Stripe. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Course access is delivered to the purchaser’s Payhip account after payment is confirmed.

4

5-day refund policy

A purchaser may request a refund within 5 calendar days of purchase by emailing path@theclearpathops.com from the purchase email address and including the Payhip order receipt. ClearPath will issue the refund to the original payment method; bank and card processing times may vary. Purchases made before this policy update retain the 14-day refund window offered at purchase. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

5

Checkout and account privacy

Payhip and Stripe process the purchase, account, tax, and payment information needed to complete an order. ClearPath receives the customer and order information needed to provide access, support the purchaser, prevent misuse, and handle refund requests. ClearPath does not receive or store the purchaser’s full card number. Requests about ClearPath-held support or order information may be sent to path@theclearpathops.com.

6

Personal Meeting Runner data

The Personal Meeting Runner is a standalone offline HTML tool. Meeting notes and drafts stay in the user’s browser and are not sent to ClearPath. The tool is not a secure system of record and its local data may be lost if browser storage is cleared or the device is lost. Users should make JSON backups, export required records, follow dealership retention rules, and avoid entering customer financial data, passwords, health information, or employee disciplinary information.

7

Educational and professional limits

ClearPath provides educational and operational guidance. It is not legal, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, warranty, safety, or manufacturer-compliance advice. Results depend on leadership behavior, data quality, local policy, and implementation. The manager remains responsible for decisions, meeting records, and compliance with employer requirements.

8

Independent methodology

ClearPath combines an original PATH meeting method with dealership operating experience, PMP-informed planning habits, and Lean Six Sigma problem-solving. It references published meeting and management ideas for education and attribution. ClearPath is independent and does not claim endorsement by the referenced authors, publishers, Project Management Institute, dealerships, or vehicle manufacturers.
